We operate an active recruitment policy and are keen to hear from experienced consultants and dealmakers as well as senior and junior associates who may be interested in joining us.

Consultants

Opportunities currently exist for entrepreneurial dealmakers with a track record of success in originating and completing transactions in all sectors.

We are also interested in hiring senior consultants with broad based strategy consulting experience and a network of contacts in the following sectors: financial services, insurance, professional services, media, communications, entertainment, IT, fashion, food, biotechnology, public sector organisations.

Associates

Apart from consultants, we are also seeking to retain a number of senior associates with the ability and gravitas to contribute actively to business development. Senior associates will normally be top executives or professional people, with substantial management experience, who are able to provide high quality introductions to companies and organisations in the UK and overseas. Currently we are recruiting associates for the sectors summarised above though outstanding individuals with a strong contact base in any other sectors will also be considered.

Openings also exist for more junior associates to assist with business and market research, financial evaluation, competitor analysis and the preparation of detailed reports. Typically, such associates will be exceptional graduates with a recently acquired professional qualification or an MBA who are seeking to gain initial work experience in a corporate finance or management consulting organisation.
